For the second time in two weeks, there was a taking pictures at a highschool commencement held on a university campus, NOLA.com reported.
A lady was killed and two others had been injured Tuesday following the Morris Jeff Neighborhood College commencement on the Xavier College of Louisiana campus.
The taking pictures began when two girls started preventing in a car parking zone.
