Wow, check out all the texture on this Thankful Heart Card from Melissa! She created a wonderful background by die cutting different pattern papers and piecing them into a quilted design. Then she added layers of arched vellum and cardstock, a bow of fabric and stamped Fall Harvest themed images form The Greetery.
