Ginger Essential Oil is stimulating and warming making it great for soothing aches and pains. Ginger essential oil is one of my favorite warming stomach oils for upset stomach, but keep in mind it doesn’t smell like ginger, it has a very strong smell and for me it wasn’t pleasant, so use sparingly.
Ginger Essential oil contains anti-inflammatory benefits, making it perfect for inflamed responses in your immune system. I have a Ginger mixed with carrier oil as a topical sore throat remedy, as soon as I feel a tickle I use this oil on my throat to warm, soothe and reduce the inflammation.
When combined with a base massage oil and applied topically, the benefits of Ginger Essential Oil are known to ease aching joints, muscles, and arthritis. Ginger is widely used to alleviate nausea and indigestion. Ginger also helps with mental fatigue and focus.
